Royal Memories services are beyond exceptional. Mikey embraces you as part of his family and is always available to support and help throughout the process. I was so very touched with the personal touches he made happen for Deacon Robert Hill, my father. My father was a very polished man in all aspects. My dad tie was tied perfectly and his nails were trimmed and polished. My father’s appearance was as if he was sleeping. This outcome is a testament to Mikey and his staff. Mikey and his team of over 8 staff coordinated the church services and he was successful in further unifying both churches my father, Deacon Robert Hill was a member of Holy Chapel Missionary Baptist Church and Greater Zion Missionary Church. The leadership of Pastor Thomas and Pastor Fisher were filled with love and the spirit of the lord as they recognized my father while blessing us with their teaching and brilliant knowledge
of the Bible and it’s scriptures during the church service. Mikey helped coordinate a slide show, musical
selection and a dove release. Mikey even does more in accompanying my father on his travel to Sacramento, Ca ,Valley National Cemetery for Veterans and he attended my father ceremonial services in Sacramento Ca. Mikey treated my father as if he was his father and my family as his family. Mikey you are the best. We have great love and admiration for you and your staff always. Yesterday, my family conducted a Celebration of Life funeral service for our loved family member. And, I can’t say enough about the excellent, and I will say it again, the excellent service provided by Royal Memories Mortuary. This is a small establishment; however, they serve in a big way. I tend to like small, independently owned businesses because they provide personable service, especially during these trying times. Owner Harold Mickey Cole provided us with exemplary assistance from initial contact to the burial services. Their presentation of our loved one was done with compassion, empathy and total consideration of what the family required. The expertise of the staff made the church service run smoothly, and every tear was graciously handled with tissues and a gentle, loving smile. As mentioned earlier, I can’t say enough about the superb support given by an company that exhibits in actionable assistance throughout their assignment. It has been truly a royal memory when their job was done.
